We found this beauty at the office this morning. It's been entrancing us all day. Apparently this is a luna moth, one of the largest moths in North America. We're thinking of making it our honorary mascot for the day, or however long it wants to stick around.

I've never seen this moth until I read this post so I had to google. I came across an interesting story about a guy who found one of these and got it to lay eggs. You guys need to check this out:
